As of August 26, 2026, Identity is transitioning from our current reporting dashboard to a new platform designed to provide an even better level of transparency and visibility.
For years, our existing dashboard has allowed us to combine data from multiple campaign types into one convenient view, alongside a lead-tracking spreadsheet for form submissions. Recently, however, the third-party integrations that power that dashboard have become less reliable. Connections with platforms like Google and Meta have intermittently disconnected, and a recent Google update has prevented the dashboard provider from consistently accessing campaign data. After allowing two weeks for the provider to resolve the issue, we determined that this platform no longer meets our standards for reliable client reporting.
Rather than continue working around those limitations, we are upgrading the experience.
Our long-term solution is a custom-built Identity client platform that will ultimately give you access to campaign performance, campaign assets, reporting, communications, and a transparent view of everything we are doing for your practice—all in one place. Portions of this technology are already built and functional, but we are continuing to develop and test it before releasing it to clients.
In the meantime, we are moving your reporting to a new third-party dashboard so you continue to have convenient access to your campaign data while our custom platform is completed.
Your secure campaign data has always remained available. At any time, you may request a report covering the previous month or three months, or schedule time with your Advisor to review your campaign performance together.
Unless you have a specific concern that requires immediate attention, we ask that you allow us through September 7, 2026 to complete the reporting transition. At that point, we expect to provide you with a cleaner, easier-to-navigate dashboard for viewing and comparing your campaign performance.
We’re excited about where this is headed. This transition allows us to replace a platform we’ve outgrown with reporting technology that better reflects Identity’s commitment to transparency, accessibility, and exceptional client service.
