Please also know that when access is shared with another agency while services with us remain active, our proprietary tools and processes are also exposed. Because of this, we’ve processed this as your notice to cancel.
If that wasn’t your intention, we’d be happy to continue supporting you—just let us know your preference, and we can move forward accordingly.
As a reminder, our agreement requires 30 days’ notice for cancellation. Services run in monthly cycles beginning on the first of each month, and partial months are not prorated.
Please let us know within 3 business days if you'd like to reinstate services. If you feel this was received in error, please let us know immediately.
