Meta Ads Reporting Update
What’s Changing
Meta has updated its data-sharing policies and no longer allows ad performance data to automatically feed into third-party live dashboards. Because of this, Meta Ads metrics cannot currently appear in real time within reporting dashboards like they previously did.
Who This Affects
This update applies only to clients running Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram ads). All other advertising platforms and reporting systems remain unchanged.
How We’re Handling It
You will still have full visibility into your campaign performance. Our team will manually pull your Meta Ads data directly from Meta’s platform and include those metrics in your SSR (Scope, Stats and Recommendations) videos. You will continue to receive:
Campaign performance results
Key metrics such as reach, clicks, conversions, and cost data
Strategic insights and optimization updates
The only difference is that this information will be delivered through your SSR reporting rather than a live dashboard feed.
What This Means For You
You are not losing visibility into your ad performance
Your campaigns are still being monitored and optimized as usual
Reporting remains accurate and complete, just delivered in a different format
What’s Coming Next
We are actively building a new internal metrics platform and expect real-time Meta Ads reporting to be available again later this year.
