Why You Were Charged for Marketing Services Before Your Website Launch

The launch date of your marketing services was set during the onboarding process and confirmed in your payment authorization form. We use this launch date to begin work that starts weeks before the official campaign launch. For this reason, we require 30 days' notice to delay any start date, as noted in our agreement and payment authorization.

Timing Marketing Efforts with Your Opening Date

Your marketing campaign, whether it includes SEO, Google Ads, social media, or website management, doesn’t need to coincide precisely with your practice’s opening date. SEO campaigns typically require a minimum of six months to start seeing a return, while Google Ads require a minimum of three months. Delaying the start date for marketing services will also delay the potential results, which may impact your practice's growth timeline. It’s a common misconception that marketing services must start on the day you open your practice when in reality, early marketing helps you open with a schedule of patients rather than building from scratch post-launch.

Marketing Progress and Website Launch Coordination

Much of the marketing work can be completed or scheduled before your site is live. For Google Ads and Meta Ads, we use custom-built landing pages for tracking and conversion, so the website itself doesn’t need to be live to begin generating exposure. The marketing tasks that require your website’s presence will be completed and then go live as soon as your site is launched. This structured process ensures that you receive a consistent return on your marketing investment.

If Your Campaign Needs a Date Adjustment

If you would like to delay your marketing launch to align with your business’s financial readiness or practice capacity, please contact us. However, consider that digital marketing builds gradually and often requires several months to produce a return on investment, so waiting until your site or practice is fully operational may lead to missed early opportunities.

Pre-Opening Marketing Strategy

If your campaigns are set to go live before your practice opens, we can add a pop-up on your site and landing pages notifying patients of a VIP offer for the first 100 new patients, incentivizing early engagement. This is an optional strategy designed to help you open with a full schedule and should be discussed with your practice management consultant to ensure it aligns with your vision.
