If you would like additional contacts to receive notifications when a HIPAA form submission is received, please follow the steps below:


  1. Log in to your FormDr account.

  2. Select 'My Account' and then click on 'Users'.

  3. Click the 'Invite a User' button.

  4. Enter the contact's First & Last Name and their Email Address.

  5. Set Permissions: Choose what data they can see. For basic notifications, ensuring they have "View patient data" is typical.

  6. Send Invitation: Click to invite them. They will receive an email to set up their password.


Once they complete the setup, they will begin receiving notifications based on the permissions assigned.
