How to Link Your Instagram Business Account to Your Facebook Page
Step 1: Make Sure Your Instagram Account Is a Professional Account
Open the Instagram app.
Go to your profile and tap the three lines in the top-right corner.
Find Account type and tools in your settings.
If your account is currently personal, tap Switch to professional account and select Business.
Follow the prompts to complete the setup.
Note: If you already have an Instagram Business account, you can skip this step.
Step 2: Log In to Facebook
Go to Facebook and log in to the Facebook account that has access to your business's Facebook Page.
Step 3: Switch Into Your Facebook Page
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select See all profiles if needed.
Select your business's Facebook Page to switch into it.
Step 4: Open Your Page Settings
Once you have switched into your Facebook Page, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
Find Linked accounts in your Page settings.
Note: Facebook's layout may vary slightly between accounts. In some versions, Linked accounts may be accessible through your Page's professional settings or dashboard.
Step 5: Connect Your Instagram Account
Under Linked accounts, select Instagram.
Click Connect account.
Log in to the Instagram Business account you want to connect.
Follow the prompts to authorize the connection.
Step 6: Confirm the Connection
Once completed, your Instagram account should appear as connected to your Facebook Page.
Confirm that the correct Instagram account and Facebook Page are linked.
