Step-by-Step Guide: How to Add Our Team to Your Facebook Business Portfolio (Business Manager)
Adding our team to your Facebook Business Portfolio (via Meta Business Suite or Business Manager) is essential for us to continue our work while maintaining control over your business assets. This is also imperative for our team to continue to post weekly for your social media services.
Follow these steps to add a new user to your portfolio:
Step 1: Log into Meta Business Suite (or Business Manager)
Go to Meta Business Suite and log in with your credentials.
Select the business account that is owner of the facebook page.
Step 2: Navigate to Business Settings
Select Settings in the lower left-hand corner. (it is the icon shaped like a tool):
Step 3: Go to "People" Under Users
In the left-hand menu, click on Users → People:
Click the Invite people button (blue button on the right).
Step 4: Enter the User’s Email Address
In the pop-up window, enter the work email address of the person you want to add.
Choose the role you want to assign to the user:
Admin: Full control over the business account.
Please add our team by the email: social@identitydental.com and assign us full Admin access.
Step 5: Assign Assets & Permissions
After selecting the role, you'll see a list of business assets (Facebook Page, Instagram Account, Ad Account, etc.).
Toggle on specific permissions for each asset
For Identity Dental Marketing, please give us full access to all permissions.
Click Next to continue.
Step 6: Send Invitation
Review the assigned permissions.
