If you do not remember your login information, follow the steps below to regain access and manage your account settings.

Retrieving Your Login Credentials

If you’ve misplaced or forgotten your login credentials, you can reset them directly on your hosting provider’s website. Here’s how:

SiteGround.com

  1. Visit SiteGround: Navigate to SiteGround.com.
  2. Click “Login”: Located at the top-right corner of the homepage.
  3. Forgot Password?: Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link below the login fields.
  4. Reset Your Password: Enter the email address associated with your SiteGround account. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

GoDaddy.com

  1. Visit GoDaddy: Navigate to GoDaddy.com.
  2. Click “Sign In”: Located at the top-right corner of the homepage.
  3. Forgot Password?: Select the “Need Help Logging In?” link.
  4. Reset Your Password: Enter your email address or customer number, and follow the steps provided in the email to reset your password.


Managing Billing and Auto-Renew Settings

To avoid service interruptions, ensure your products are set to auto-renew and use the most current payment method. Here's how to check:

SiteGround

  1. Log in to your SiteGround account.
  2. Navigate to the Billing Section.
  3. Ensure that Auto-Renew is enabled for your hosting plan and any additional services.
  4. Verify your payment method is up to date and linked to an active credit card or bank account.

GoDaddy

  1. Log in to your GoDaddy account.
  2. Go to Account Settings > Renewals & Billing.
  3. Confirm that Auto-Renew is turned on for your domain(s) and hosting services.
  4. Update your payment method under the Payment Methods section.


Client Hosting Recommendations

We recommend SiteGround for hosting due to its reliability and performance. While some clients manage domains through GoDaddy, we allow flexibility in hosting provider choice. Note that 99% of our clients follow our recommendation to use SiteGround.

If your hosting or domain accounts are outside of SiteGround or GoDaddy, you will need to visit the provider's website and follow their specific process for password resets and billing updates.
