How to Update Your Team’s Bio Page

This guide explains exactly how to prepare and submit the information needed to update any team member’s bio page on your website. Follow the steps below and use the provided template for each employee.

If it's a simple "Remove this person and their bio from my site" you can simply send an email to webchanges@identitydental.com. If it's multiple revisions and new photos and bios, please follow this format.

Step 1: Gather the Correct Photo

  • Upload a high-quality, professional headshot of the employee.

  • Ideal format: JPG or PNG.

  • Make sure the photo is well-lit and cropped to show the head and shoulders clearly. Make sure the images are consistent with the others on the site.
We do not provide photo editing as a part of website management, however in some instances, if we have the availability, we can provide a quote for photo editing.

  • Avoid filters or casual photos unless your brand style calls for it.

Step 2: Provide the Employee’s Name and Title

  • List the employee’s name exactly as it should appear on the bio page directly below the image of that person. Otherwise, we won't know which name goes to which photo.

  • Include their accurate job title and their written bio (e.g., “Marketing Associate,” “Lead Dental Assistant,” “Project Manager”).

  • Double-check spelling and punctuation.

Step 3: Submit Your Materials

Place all items into a single Google Doc, or write a neatly formatted email with each asset in order.
Each submission should include the photo, the name, title, and bio, as shown below.

Share the file or email with our team and allow 3 business days for all simple changes like this. We do need more time during weeks that include a holiday.
